Sustainability high on the agenda |

In partnership with Tai Eryri Housing Association K&C have embarked on 4 carbon neutral homes aiming to achieve Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes Standard which we believe will be the first in Wales at this level.
David Wilkinson K&Cs Operations Manager said “ this project has given us the opportunity to learn and understand how new renewable energy technologies fit into the build process and how we as a building contractor need to adopt new methods of work to support sustainable developments in the future”.
The project is due to be completed in Nov 08 and go on to provide affordable, sustainable homes within the local community.
