SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORS

The successful applicants must demonstrate drive, and experience within the construction industry in commercial, residential and refurbishment sectors.
The post holders will be responsible for the provision of full financial and contractual control of varied construction projects with values of up to £15 million from pre-contract through delivery and post contract status. Experience of cost budgeting, contract administration, sub-contract procurement and bid preparation is required.

CONTRACTS MANAGER

To be successful in the appointment to this role the candidate will be required to demonstrate; excellent commercial understanding and experience, self motivation, commitment and effective interpersonal skills. 

In addition they must hold the capability and experience to lead and support a successful construction team, and prove extensive knowledge and understanding of both Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
