Design & construction of seven town houses following the demolition of the existing buildings. As the development was within the Historic walled town of Conwy CADW had to be involved at all stages of the planning, design and construction. During the demolition and excavation works an Archaeologist had to resident on site to keep a look out for any artifacts or signs from medieval times.
