Design and Construction of steel framed two storey office and warehouse facilities built off traditional trench foundations with cast in-situ slab, walls finished in facing brickwork, roof finished with powder coated metal cladding, internal finishes included metal partitions, suspended ceilings, soft flooring and decorations, Mechanical and Electrical work.
Externally work included new drainage, hard and soft landscaping to provide storage area with parking facilities, and fencing
