Details: New single storey extension to provide sleeping accommodation and welfare facilities and additional storage rooms together with upgrading the male & female WC’s and associated external works. Which included constructing a new a cast in-situ retaining wall to the rear. All works were programmed to ensure that the existing bat roost was not disturbed.
