Details:
Works were carried out to the existing properties to make them more sustainable for the tenants and included the following: re-roofing, new windows & external doors, renew loft insulation using materials from a sustainable source, solar hating panels, mechanical heat recovery system, external insulated render system, new oil fired central heating, new electrical installation, new bathrooms and kitchens. All this work was carried out whilst the tenant remained in occupation
