As part of our BS EN ISO 9001 certification we have procedures in place to ensure the quality and service that we provide is in line with the client’s expectations, any item which does not achieve the required standard will be addressed and resolved to everyone’s satisfaction.

Complaints that occur due to defects in the work we carry out are categorised as follows:

Failure to respond to a complaint or the rectification of defective work by our Supply Chain will result in a warning notice being issued, should a further warning notice be issued then this will result in contractor or supplier being removed from our Supply Chain.

Customer Care Manager

On each project the Contracts Manager will be the single point of contact and will be responsible for ensuring that any defects or complaints are dealt with promptly and in accordance with our Quality Procedures.
